This system can manage movements in automatic way and therefore it can measure an object bound together to a 2D/3D measure system.

RODER Electronics presents DATASINK 100, a software for the  acquisition, the print and the recording of data concerning the dimensional controls.

DATASINK 100 is used in all applications where is necessary an economic and easy instrument and it allows to increase the quality control procedures and process certififcation..

An innovative system for thickness and width gauge without contact of even products in production line.

September 2004 - RODER Electronics presents MDS multidiameter gauge system

MDS systems allows diameter and ovality gauge of product that are in transit on the production line.

MDS family systems are employed....

- for  pipes, section bars, drawns, bars, poles, etc...gauge;

- when it is necessary to gauge an object diameter in more than two sections;

- when the object dimension is higher to the gauge field of an only instrument;

-when it is necessary an elaboration of acquisition data;

April 2004 - RODER Electronics present PCL1209 control emplacement                                                   

The new control and elaboration emplacement for the industrial field made RODER Electronics.
In an only rack there are the hardware parts for calculation and visualization (industrial PC) and the hardware parts for the production line control.
The result is the creation of sturdy and compact emplacements that are employed "on field" with an high level of reliability and flexibility of configuration.

April 2004 - RODER Electronics presents GRAFIX SHOT

GRAFIX is the first module that RODER proposes for the acquisition and control of physical widths and production data. In particular the SHOT version is usefull for the acquisition and control of mechanical part dimensional features.

Bound togheter with laser calipers or laser thickness gauges (for dimensional control without contact) or with traditional calipers and micrometers (for dimensional contact controls).

The GRAFIX SHOT software is proposed with PCL control emplacement for the control in real time of robot, moving systems, etc...

With this software is possible to do a connection with complex systems (through local net or field bus) to exchange data with remote emplacements or for the automatic process regulation.

December 2003 - RODER Electronics presents REPORTER

RODER Electronics propose a software series for the process report realization and certification documents assign to the production field, to the process control, to the monitoring of physical largenesses, to the research and development.

Reporter is constituted from an interconnected software module series in a position to analyzing acquired data and to represent them in graphical shape.

To difference of traditional software for the statistical analysis and for the process certification, Reporter introduces an operator interface decidedly simpler and more functional. They come in fact only represented the useful functions to the operator and through a series of master commandos is possible to generate report, graphics, histograms and certification documents in a simple and intuitive way

June 2003 - RODER Electronics presents SCADEX

SCADEX is a complete packet for the supervision, check and data acquisition of process on production's lines. Combined with an electronics form series for the analysis and the distributive check is possible to check all the production process from one single check position. All the acquisition-data are registered in a database and gave availables for analysis and consultations.

SCADEX represents the natural evolution of one software series realized for lines of extrusion, pressing, rolling, enamelling, coupling and drawing plan in a first time on an exact request of users, afterwards enriched of functins and after standarized up to reach an high functionality and reliability degree. EASYLOG is a datalogger based on Microsoft Windows platform.
The difference between the traditional datalogger is that the recording will be carry out by emplying acquisition boards and standard electronical controllers.

All sampled data are send to a database through an ODBC standard connection.
